WynnumCentral is a hyperlocal news site for local residents and businesses in and around the suburb of Wynnum. It has around 3,000 email subscribers and 4,800 Facebook followers. Click on the logo to the left to visit the site.

Business membership groups in the Brisbane area that are affiliated with Brisbane Business/Brisbane Business Bayside offer various special rates for events and membership to our Members.

Sponsorship Recognition on BbB site – all pages
Sponsors of Brisbane Business Bayside are recognised on all pages of the Brisbane Business Bayside website.

Business Events
Attendance
Attendance at Brisbane Business/Brisbane Business Bayside events is at a 50% discount for Members. Standard membership allows two people from the organisation to access the discounted rate for each event, Bronze membership three, Silver four and Gold six.
Branding
Bronze, Silver and Gold level Members are recognised as Sponsors at all events, both mentioned to attendees by the organiser and in terms of collateral.
Presence
Where events are organised by Brisbane Business/Brisbane Business Bayside (eg business exhibitions/markets/other events), Members can take spots/stalls/tables etc at a discounted rate as indicated above.
Hosting
Brisbane Business Bayside Members are encouraged to host our events – most of our events are held at Members’ offices/premises.

Banner Advertising
This refers to the banner spots at the side and the top of every page on the Brisbane Business website.

News Sites
Profile article/s on websites
These are news items on Brisbane Business/WynnumCentral websites. These stories are also sent via email to subscriber lists and shared on relevant Facebook pages. Members have the option of approving articles before publication.
Ad Hoc Editorial Coverage
At the discretion of the site editorial teams, other coverage of news/special events/promotions of individual Members can be covered in the news section on the sites.
Classified Advertising
Accessible to Bronze Membership level and above.
Sponsor Emails
This is a separate email sent to relevant subscribers and marked as a sponsor promotion (ie advertisement) on behalf of the Member.

Listings
These listings appear on the Brisbane Business/Brisbane Business Bayside websites (all pages and articles excluding the Classified Ads section), and in the business directory on the sites.

Major Project Recognition
From time to time Brisbane Business/Brisbane Business Bayside run events and promotions and produces print material for these (generally flyers and road signs). Members at Bronze Membership level and above are listed on all print material.

Member Event Listings
Any events Member organisations are holding can be listed on the events page on any/all of the sites listed above and on relevant social media pages.

Social Media Support
All sites have active Facebook pages. Members receive active mentions on social media platforms where they are active (ie post sharing, retweeting etc).

Brisbane Business Bayside encourages and supports members setting up a new business – we offer a 6 month discounted membership rate to help you promote your business into the local community and take full advantage of our membership benefits. The special startup rate is half rate for the first 6 months of membership (normally $29 a month).

Join as a standard member and we credit $14.50 back to your account each month for the first 6 months

Be founder/s only ie no other employees
Be a ‘bootstrap’ startup ie no external funding/investors
